lol, that's an easy mistake to make. I'll change that now. At least you said something about it, I wonder how many people I've managed to confuse with that.

Duh!! My bad. I was confused because you mentioned the CheckCSV.exe program and then said "run the program to do the update". So, I inferred you meant a program in the zip file. Sorry for my denseness.

Hi Ken, I deleted your duplicate comment. I thought you might want to keep this one because you've got a link on it.

This is a unique problem, but I'm guessing it may be to do with the program you used to unzip PRP, or the location that you run the program from. I think your best bet is to simply re-download the files, and I'll reset your license.

Please don't run PRP from the windows or systems or temporary folders on your C drive. I've sent you an email.

When I open PR Plunder, it asks if I want to update...I say update but then it hangs up right before it finishes downloading the "necessary supporting files" ??
Any ideas?
Thanks,

Run what program to update PR-Plunder to v2.0? It is unclear. The only program in the download is "Check CSV.exe", but you state that it is to: "...check for common mistakes made with CSV file formating." Does it do MORE than that? Does it actually update PR-Plunder to v2.0? is there another download somewhere?

Please clarify.
